We will exchange your product:
1) If the product was damaged during shipment. Product must be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Shipping fees apply.
2) Under Warranty. Please read Service Statement below. Shipping fees apply.
SERVICE STATEMENT (Warranty)
Prior to delivery, all GrivaMax 272 Pro Laser Cap's have been carefully inspected. If product fails to work properly within 1 year after delivery, we will exchange it provided damage was not caused by: improper storage (as indicated in manual), improper use, physical damage (including by water or other liquid, fire, intentional destruction, etc.), or if the product or any of its parts or accessories are chipped, cracked, or missing. Battery is not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase must be returned with defective cap. Shipping fees apply.
