Laser Cap Shipping & Delivery

Shipped from NY, USA. Orders are typically processed for shipping within 24 hours of order placement on regular business days (Monday through Friday) and will ship via USPS 1-3 business day Priority Mail (for USA shipments), and USPS Priority Mail International (for international shipments).

Once shipment processing is complete, you will receive an automated email with tracking details to the email address provided in your order

Orders are processed for shipping before 12:00 pm (eastern time) for afternoon pickup by USPS. Please allow several hours for your tracking information to enter USPS system after receiving tracking details email.  Please track shipment.

For USA shipments: If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact your local USPS office.

For International shipments: Once the shipment has reached destination country, you can usually track the shipment on your country’s postal service website. If you have not received your shipment in 14 days after shipment processing, please contact us using the contact form or email us at support@leanastore.com.

Customs processing, weather, holidays and other unforeseen events may delay typical shipment time.  Understand we have no control over this.

Signature Required for Delivery: This option is available for USA shipments only, and package will only be delivered if someone at the shipping address is available to sign for it. A $3.00 charge will be applied to the order if this option is chosen.  If this option is not chosen, USPS will leave the package unattended (we are not responsible for stolen packages).

Once your order has been picked up by USPS, we cannot change terms of the shipment or contact the post office on your behalf.

Refused Delivery and Undeliverable shipments sent back to us are subject to shipping and restocking fees as per Return Policy.

If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it: Please call your local USPS office immediately.  If you believe the package was stolen, you will need to fill out a Lost/Stolen package form.  We are not responsible for stolen packages.
