RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within within 30 days of purchase; no exceptions

• GrivaMax & Kernel Laser Hair Growth Systems
• Returns are accepted within 6 months from date of purchase; no exceptions.

Please contact us at support@leanastore.com with your order # to receive return address and detailed instructions.

To expedite return processing, and for proof of return shipping we request the following:

• Insert Order Confirmation in the box
• Provide us with the tracking number the carrier provides to you.

Your account will not be credited until we receive the device you have shipped back to us. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an email indicating so.  It typically takes a few days for credit to appear in account after refund processing.

NOTE: A $15 Restocking Fee, payment transaction fee, and the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund. updated 4/10/2019

Refused Delivery and Insufficient Address orders sent back to us are subject to Return Policy, as well as any additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are your responsibility. For a full refund (less Restocking Fee, payment transaction fee, and initial shipping charges), device and all parts and accessories cannot be scratched, chipped, or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected for refund determination.

NOTE:  If a UVB Phototherapy unit and bulb is returned burned out from using device in an electrical outlet other than what the model voltage calls for, a refund will not be processed and the unit and bulb will be disposed of.
