- Orders shipping to USA locations are typically shipped FedEx with delivery in 4-6 business days after order processing. International orders are shipped via quickest/most reliable courier as determined by manufacturer; delivery is typically 4-9 business days.
- Delivery times are approximate. Customs processing, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen events may delay delivery by a few days.
Shipment processing is typically completed within 24 hours after order placement, and shipped within 24-48 hours (business days) after order placement. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will ship on the next scheduled business day. Courier choice is determined by manufacturer at time of shipment processing.
NOTE: For Stationary and Handheld models, we cover the cost of shipping the product to you ("Free Shipping"). For all models, orders are shipping international, direct from the manufacturer: Customs Fees and other local handling charges that may be charged are your responsibility.
Once your item has been processed for shipping and picked up for delivery by the carrier, we cannot change terms of the shipment or contact the postal facility on your behalf. Customs fees may apply for international shipments.
Refused Delivery or Undeliverable shipments sent back to us are subject to return shipping and customs fees (if incurred) and shipping and restocking fees as per Return Policy.
Please contact us at email@example.com if FedEx tracking status shows Pending. A customs form may be required which we will complete for you to forward to the customs broker who requests it.
Contact your local courier/postal facility or courier in the event:
- the courier attempted delivery, and your parcel was returned to the postal facility
- tracking information shows that your parcel has been in customs for more than one week or has a pending status
- you have any questions regarding the tracking status of your order
It is typical for tracking not to update for several days after initial processing while the parcel is en route. If tracking does not reach a customs facility within 14 business days after your order is processed for shipping, please contact us, including your order #, at firstname.lastname@example.orgUse the contact form if you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email (enter the Full Name on your order, a valid email address, and the Order # if you know it. In the Message section, indicate that you did not receive an Order Confirmation email, and include the Shipping Address in your order.
